FIRE has created a kit for students to use that wish to know how to understand their rights on campus and how to defend themselves. It includes the highly valuable guides that describe a student's rights to free speech, due process, the use of their student activity fees, etc. It's unfortunate that it costs $35, which might deter students of more modest means (such as many at state universities like ours), but perhaps some generous benefactor will subsidize the cost of the materials in the name of freedom.
