Better than Berry bikes
An old reader here, the Wacky Hermit, sends a story of another Berry Bike story, this one at Utah State University. She writes
...they are actually taking names of whom to hold responsible for damage and repairs. I should also point out that Utah State's student population is heavily Republican and conservative. I've joked before that it is the Utah Branch Campus of the Rush Limbaugh Institute For Advanced Conservative Studies.And indeed, when you make individuals responsible for the bikes, you should get better behavior.
