Ukraine: It's official!
The Ukrainian Supreme Court has rejected the last of Viktor Yanukovych's appeals, and the official newspapers have published the results of the re-vote of December 26th. That makes it official; Viktor Yushchenko will be sworn in as president of Ukraine on Sunday. The caretaker cabinet will then be dismissed and the 64,ooo hryvna question will be answered: Who gets to be the new premier? More on that question Monday.
