Graduation rates again 

The Education Trust now has a utility that allows you to look at six-year graduation rates for any institution, with comparative data. SCSU does not come out very well. We've gone from 41.6% to 40.8% from 1997 to 2003, while Minnesota State -- Mankato has gone from 40.4% to 49.2%. Same system, same funding. What explains why they became more successful and we didn't??
