Dead and too stupid to lie down

The long-awaited inauguration of Viktor Yushchenko in Ukraine appeared to be coming as soon as Monday as the Supreme Court had paved the way for publication of the official vote report Thursday. Yanukovych's people are responding by putting up seven (!) tents in a city in the Symferopil. But late today, the Supreme Court reversed itself and has banned publication of the results. This has dragged on for two weeks. Who do they think they are, Ohio?

This might give Yushchenko a few more days to decide who his prime minister will be. My money is on Zinchenko, as I believe it allows Yushchenko to spread his power among several line ministries. That would fit his style.
