Forgot my history
Kind reader Prof. Jordan Curnutt sends me information that the Blackhawk referenced by the Chicago professional hockey team (and on the uniform I mentioned Monday) is a person, not a tribe, the leader of the Sauk tribe in the early 1830s (from which we get Black Hawk's War), fought in northern Illinois.
