Rutgers IVCF case settles
The administration at Rutgers University has settled with the campus' InterVarsity Christian Fellowship over a suit IVCF filed last December. FIRE helped represent the student organization, which was banned for having a "discriminatory" religious requirement for its officers.
Vice President for Student Affairs Emmet A. Dennis declared, �This agreement places Rutgers at the forefront in demonstrating that the principles of inclusivity, diversity, free association and free expression are complementary, not contradictory.�Hurrah!
